Well if you have been using Autodesk products, then its time to rejoice, since Autodesk has implemented a new stratey to showcase the talent of individual through certification process.

Where and How to Get Certified

Certification exams can be taken at Autodesk Authorized Certification Centers where trained proctors will help you through the process. You can purchase and schedule your exam online at the Autodesk Online Testing Service if you are in North America. If you are outside North Ameica, use the “Center Search” button to contact a center near you to purchase and schedule your exam.

sunithbabu May 23, 2009 at 7:43 AM: Well, to make it clear here in India people go by how efficient you are in solving the project and give the work or consultancy work based on your previous works accomplished or past experience.

However in the US, they go by certification, so it would be really good to see, you can expand your horizon and make your self marketable by getting certification. Further, once you get certified, you get added on to the Autodesk Certification Database on Autodesk, viewed world wide, may be you could be contacted by some on in the US or Europe or Australia to complete a project work,

Good Luck, Certification has many advantages, but proper education to users and customers can make it popular and efficient in the long run.

Imagine you are certified and others not and attend an interview, see the benefit
