Autodesk University 2009 – Registration Fees

Hi,

I had been to AU for the last two years (2007 & 2008) and plan to move to Autodesk University this year too, but before that, I suggest you to register as early as possible, for rates refer below

Conference Packages


AU – 4-Day, All-Inclusive Pass (Early-Bird Rate)

Includes conference, hotel, meals, and social events. Check in Monday, 11/30/2009. Check out Friday, 12/04/2009.

Rate applies if you register between August 15 – October 9, 2009.

US$1,895

AU – 4-Day, Conference-Only Pass (Early-Bird Rate)

Same as all-inclusive, but does not include hotel.

Rate applies if you register between August 15 – October 9, 2009.

AU – 4-Day, All-Inclusive Pass (Regular Rate)

Includes conference, hotel, meals, and social events. Check in Monday, 11/30/2009. Check out Friday, 12/04/2009.

Rate applies if you register between October 10, 2009 – on-site.

AU – 4-Day, Conference-Only Pass (Regular Rate)

Same as all-inclusive, but does not include hotel.

Exhibit Hall-Only Pass

Includes conference, hotel, meals, and social events. Check in Monday, 11/30/2009. Check out Friday, 12/04/2009.

Guest Pass

Includes meals, evening reception, Thursday evening event, and Exhibit Hall when accompanied by Attendee. (This pass does not permit access into classes or hands-on labs. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.)

Special Group Offer – Free Passes

Qualify for free Autodesk University 4-day conference passes when 8 or more people from the same company have signed up and fully paid for either complete 4-day, all-inclusive passes or 4-day conference-only passes.

  • 8 – 14 people  = 1 free pass
  • 15 – 25 people = 2 free passes
  • 26 – 36 people = 3 free passes
  • 37 – 47 people = 4 free passes
  • 48 – 58 people = 5 free passes
  • 68 – 79 people = 6 free passes
  • 80 or more people = 7 passes
