i would like to check with three queries in inventor 2010.hope u can resolve it.
1) how do i apply uniformly distributed load on a surface?
2) how to i fix a point only the trans axis and making rotational axis free?
3) how do i reduce the value of contact pressure and what makes the value to go high?

I would like to check with two queries about in inventor 2008 version, Hope you can resolve it

1- I have 100 LOD's (Level of detail ) in one inventor assembly, when i'm bring a new part/assy for 101 th LOD, that appears in all existing 100 LOD's. How to prevent that ? i need the new file only for my 101th LOD...

2- I place the A- inventor assembly, which has 100 LOD's in to another B- inventor assembly then trying to change the different LOD of "A" assembly .. it's giving an error... Error prompt says that Inventor assy -"A" has been modified & required to save then close & open..

-Actually i'm not modifying the file, i'm changing the LOD !! & also this file located in server read only location...then why i need to close & open?

3 Is there any limittation to have certain no of LOD in one assembly?

Due to Microsoft security, you must save the chms to your local drive prior to openning. If you open them directly from the web you may not see any content.
