Adding Save As Command in Quick Access Tool Bar

Question: How to add Save As command in Quick Access Tool Bar

Solution:

Open Autodesk Inventor 2010 Sketch Tab.

 It is clear that any command from the Ribbon Bar can be added to the Quick Access Tool Bar.

But the challenge here is to add Save As command into the Quick Access Tool Bar and this command does not exist in any of the environments.

Now follow this quick tip

Right Click at any place on the Ribbon Bar and select Customize User Commands…

Now Select the Application Menu from Choose Commands from > Now Select the Save As > Click on Add > Now click on OK

You will notice the Save As Command in the Ribbon Bar go ahead and right click on Save As and select the Add to Quick Access Tool Bar.

You will notice the Quick Access tool bar has the save as command.

Note:Now you can go ahead and customise the Ribbon Bar and either remove the save as command or retain them as per your requirement.

I hope this helps you now in adding custom commands in Quick Access Tool Bar from those that are not available from Ribbon Bar.
