Pattern along a path using Inventor 2011

Rectangular Pattern:  Duplicates one or more features or bodies and arranges the resulting occurrences by a specific count and spacing in a rectangular pattern or along a linear path in one or both directions. Rows and columns can be lines, arc, splines, or trimmed ellipses.

All occurrences of a feature in a pattern are one feature, but individual occurrences are listed under the pattern feature icon in the browser. All occurrences of a new body in a pattern are individual bodies. The bodies are listed under the pattern feature icon in the browser. You can suppress or restore all occurrences or individual occurrences.

Access Rectangular Patter:

Ribbon > Model tab > Pattern panel > Rectangular
