You have created many drawings / part / assembly models, when you are ready to quit inventor after completing all your assignments and projects., instead of saving individual files, there is a simple way by which you can double click Autodesk Inventor Application Button, now Inventor showcase a dialogue box asking you to save all unsaved documents and later after saving Inventor will exit
