Autodesk Inventor Release History

Autodesk Inventor had its first entry into the CAD World almost 10 years back with (Inventor 1 “Mustang” 9/20/99). It has developed into a bigger and  productive tool over the years with recent support for Digital Prototyping, this can be proved by just working with various versions and different options available.

Well, the information below gives you an overview about the various releases since 1999. Of course, Inventor has followed a codenamed project for every release as listed below. However, after 1995, the code names where changed to Famous Scientist / Inventor (this is a mark of respect for their contribution to the society)
